I started working with Eric in Sept. 2013. Eric came to me with little to no racing or serious training experience.
He is one of my more dedicated clients doing whatever I ask of him in terms of training. This is evident by his rapid upgrade from Cat.5 to to Cat. 4 to Cat. 3 in just over 4 months! Eric won the final night of the Ault Park 20K series and secured 2nd overall. And the best is yet to come!
