Where I was:
Before training with Coach OB I thought that cycling at maximum effort all the time was the way to go. I trained inefficiently, not realizing how essential rest and recovery were. My cycling performance was poor, and my sustained wattage showed for it.
Where I am now:
After 5 months with Coach OB I have already attained my targeted 4 watts per kg. My lactate threshold has improved by over 30 watts, and my personal time trial record by over 2 mins. Now I train intelligently, with purpose, making each effort count.
